Leave a Legacy Estate Planning Expo

The HPLD Foundation and the Leave a Legacy Foundation will be hosting an Estate Planning Expo on Saturday, October 17th to kick off National Estate Planning Week. Come learn how you can both protect your assets AND leave a legacy for future generations in our community.

Won't You Join Us for Tea?

Join the HPLD Foundation for its Common Read event - a "Tea for You" party from 10am to Noon on Saturday, October 24th at the University Center Panorama Room. This "edutaining" library fundraising event will include tea tasting and Mid-Eastern culinary delights as well as cultural information surrounding the inspirational book, Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortensen.

Common Read 2009

The Common Read is a community-wide reading initiative designed to bring people of all ages together by reading and discussing one book. This year's event runs Sept. 21 - Oct. 31 with special programs and events taking place throughout the District.
